1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MindTempo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MindTempo is an AI-powered productivity application that helps users manage tasks, decisions, and life areas using the TEMPO prioritization framework. The Service includes task management, decision tracking, weekly reviews, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Free Trial and Subscription

MindTempo offers a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period:

  • You may continue with limited free features, or
  • Subscribe to a paid plan for full access
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MindTempo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindTempo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
